Saving Our Countryside The “Saving Our Countryside” program is a land acquisition/protection program. The program asks community members to invest in a fund that will be used to acquire larger properties at risk of development for commercial or residential purposes. BACTrust would then participate in a limited, conservation-minded development on that property or hold the property until we could find an appropriate conservation buyer. |
